Business Development Manager

What will you do?

  • initiating and conducting sales activities in the field of IT projects on international markets;

  • active lead generation through networking, participation in events and direct search;

  • ongoing analysis of competition, market trends and identification of new business development opportunities

  • management and creation of new sales channels;

  • cooperation with a marketing agency in reaching new customer groups;

  • analysis of clients' needs and adapting services to their requirements, in cooperation with the Project Manager and the project team;

  • negotiating contract terms.

We expect from you:

  • several years of experience as Sales Manager / Key Account Manager / Customer Success Manager in the programming services industry with foreign clients;

  • having a network of business contacts in the IT industry,

  • highly developed negotiating and trade competences;

  • ability to build long-term business relationships with clients;

  • very good knowledge of the programming market in Poland and in the world;

  • knowledge of mobile and web technologies, which allows to conduct the commercial process in a professional manner;

  • knowledge of English at the C1 / C2 level;

  • higher education.

Ideally if:
